Team Overview

We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills to improve User Experience, as a lever to drive demand growth. In this role, you will be encouraged to work cross-functionally in different projects, analyze problems, propose solutions and work with key stakeholders to build tech to improve our experience. This is a key position that can make a big impact on the business by improving user journey in the app.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead main strategic projects and their team;
  • Take big-picture problems and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes;
  • Leverage strong execution and implementation skills to make project plans a reality;
  • Complete core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently;
  • Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context and minimize the materialization of issues;
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.

Role Qualifications

  • have excellent analytical and strategy thinking skills, be able to break down complex business problems into projects involving multiple areas and features;
  • have empathy for the users and be passionate about solving their problems;
  • have strong analytical skills to use data to support your arguments;
  • have an ownership mindset being responsible for the delivery and results of projects;
  • have excellent communication and influential skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
  • are comfortable with quantitative analysis and fluent in Excel and Google Suite;
  • are able to communicate in English is mandatory! (Constant interactions with English-speaking teams in Brazil and China);
  • have SQL, A/B Testing, and design-thinking process knowledge will be the differential for your success.
