Team Overview

The Sales Farmer team is responsible for build and manage partnering with our customers, educating and engaging them to optimize their use of the platform. Helping them along the journey, improving their experience as our customers.

We are looking for a results-oriented Customer Success Specialist that is committed with excellence, who identifies with our values ​​and culture, and that is willing to face the challenge to make a better journey for our customers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to drive platform usage, engagement, retention, cross-sell and up-sell;
  • Manage and meet initiatives and actions in your account base to generate additional revenue and achieve revenue targets;
  • Nurture customer relationships to mitigate churn and create incremental revenue opportunities from the customers that you have.

Role Qualifications

  • Sales Experience;
  • Hands on profile;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in Google
  • Sheets and Presentations is welcome;
  • Focus on operational excellence;
  • Problem solving;
  • Analytical and multi-task skills;
  • Strong communication;
  • Experience in HubSpot CRM and SQL is a plus.
