Team Overview

This is a critical role as you will be part of commercial planning team that will lead both expansion and engagement strategies
This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to interact with other areas and specially with the sales team. You will work with data to monitor sales funnel, target achievement, offer side analysis and marketplace results and ensure efficiency through asset utilization, product improvement and supply-chain management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analytics. Use internal and external data to understand the fuel market, fuel pricing positioning and bring insights from our operation;
  • Innovation: to be extremely active in chasing opportunities and to be propositional in new tests and approaches together with related peers;
  • Customer segmentation: From acquisition to engagement, create gas stations segmentations in order to guarantee focus and assertiveness;
  • Support on launch thresholds construction and pré launch activities tracking;
  • Target Setting: Understand business needs and goals. Translate it into target to sales team;
  • Interpersonal relationship. Be close to sales team, handle day to day interactions and have a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Results monitoring and reporting;
  • Be resourceful and scrappy. Take ownership of 99Abastece growth and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field;
  • 1+ years of background with previous experience using data to lead and support business decisions;
  • Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking and communication;
  • Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel;
  • Intermediate level of SQL;
  • Previous experience in commercial planning is a plus.
