Team Overview

Our team is responsible for manage 2-wheels categories in 99App, specially 99Moto. Our main challenges are related to guarantee a balanced marketplace where users can have good experience in ride-hailing. The contact with stakeholders help us also ensure a good user experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and creation of incentives strategy for drivers;
  • Support team on operations strategy, optimizing processes (increase campaings conversion rate and optimize ROI). Optimize incentives usage, understand main gaps, and create strategies to achieve better performances);
  • Autonomously identify and structure problems and opportunities for the business (analyze data for decision making and generate insights);
  • Develop hypotheses, prioritize analyzes and conduct medium/high complex analyzes with autonomy and consistency and generate insights from data analysis;
  • Synthesize analysis conclusions and generate relevant insights for driver community;
  • Question the data and bring insights and recommendations to leadership, also identifying the stakeholders to be mobilized and the impacts to be generated;
  • Project and initiative management;
  • Management of diverse stakeholders, establishing a good relationship between operations and product/engineering teams;
  • Continuously communicate with the Regional Team and CN headquarter product team to guarantee the best operations performance and map new opportunities for 99Moto.

Role Qualifications

  • 2-3 years os experience in tech companies, consultancy or analytical areas. It will be an advantage if you have experience in operations, marketing, and customer experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data modeling, with previous experience with data analysis at a strategic level, generating insights for the business;
  • Strong analytical skills, including SLQ programming language. Ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data;
  • Strong ability in project management, process optimization, and other operational management;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability
  • Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous;
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality;
  • Spoken and written communication skills in English;
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field;
  • Base City: Sao Paulo (in-person work 3x per week).
