Team Overview

As a part of the Finance SSL Mobility team, you will be responsible for contributing to the exponential growth of the Moto segment in the whole LATAM region. We are looking for data-driven individuals who are not only excited to analyze business data but also could create from zero processes and dashboards. You should excel in data analysis, P&L analysis, and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create a financial and operational dashboard for the SLL Moto segment.
  • Give financial support to the operational team of Moto, with accurate financial insights that contribute to business decisions.
  • Participate in the closing, forecasting, and budget control processes of the Moto SSL segment.
  • Actively participate in periodic financial results meetings, not only with the finance team but also with the main stakeholders of the business.
  • Analyze the financial results of the operation and look for efficacy in expenses without compromising the growth rate and goals of the operational team.

Role Qualifications

  • Currently studying Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any related bachelor's degree. 
  • Strong analytical skills (you must be confident in exploring data and gathering correlations between metrics and performance)
  • Great skills for summarizing complex information into simple language for analysis purposes.
  • A growth mindset (not afraid of testing new processes and implementing the most efficient ones)
  • Attention to detail in a swift-minded environment. Balancing this can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
