Team Overview

Our Sales Specialists will work in DriverLab’s team, focused on innovation projects for our drivers.

Being part of the DriverLab team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever.

This role based on developing new partnerships, coordinating the sales vertical in a new region, leading the acquisition and the partnership development, through the deal with gas stations to join the new 99’s marketplace: 99Abastece. Be prepared for a fast paced, challenging and joyful environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Focus on great execution with sales team to develop new partnerships on the 99Abastece business, being responsible for the initial contact stage, until the completion of the onboarding process and the engagement dynamics.
  • Support team management: manage acquisition, activation and support team (third party).
  • Close relationship with portfolio customers, promoting a good experience and strategic consulting for partners, aiming at greater profitability
    Ensure collaboration with stakeholders teams to improve operational productivity (marketing, S&Ops, HR, legal, procurement).
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture: You will help build a hard-working, challenging but fun workplace. Above all else, you will be responsible to ensure engagement and development of your team

Role Qualifications

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in sales B2B/B2C, fuel market, food delivery, strategy consulting or other professional services with a proven track record in using data to drive business decisions.
  • Great ability of negotiation and relationship.
  • Availability for business travels around twice a month.
  • Experience in team management. 
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
  • Intermediate English knowledge: the position may requires eventual interaction with international stakeholders living in Brazil and abroad.
  • Distinctive problem-solving - ability to break down ambiguous problems, put structure and use data-driven insights to solve them.
  • Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software tools and working in a business with constant changes.
