We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Acquisition Performance Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in providing strategic insights, facilitating efficient team operations, ensuring alignment of paid marketing strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of paid marketing, possess a blend of analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.At DiDi we aim to build the most effective growth marketing machine. In this role, you'll...
- Provide strategic guidance during meetings, offering valuable insights and perspectives to support Paid Marketing decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth studies and analysis on historical performance campaigns data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize business strategies and drive sustainable growth through our paid channels.
- Facilitate effective follow-ups within the team, ensuring that action items are addressed promptly and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with team members to streamline workflows, enhance communication channels, and foster a culture of accountability and efficiency.
-Liaise with Regional Growth Leads (RGLs) to understand business needs and ensure that paid acquisition efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.
-Act as a liaison between different departments to promote cross-functional collaboration and ensure holistic support for business initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing strategic data points regarding paid channels performance, analysis findings, and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, guiding discussions and driving consensus around key decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications or related field preferred.
Some experience with performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, Programmatic, Tiktok) or CRM.
Some exposure to data analysis or business strategy through coursework, internships, or other work experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Products; willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Strong communication skills, with a desire to develop the ability to articulate ideas and insights effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
English Fluency is Mandatory.
