Team Overview

Our Strategy & Planning team is searching for professional and enthusiastic individuals to join us as full-time Strategy & Planning Sr Manager. This role is a unique chance to dive into the heart of strategic planning within a pioneering landscape in Mexico.

As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you will tackle complex challenges and engage with market-leading strategies that pave the way for the future of our products. Role Responsibilities

  • Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends and opportunities that propel our strategic goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry players to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and discover opportunities for our business.
  • Trend Analysis: Keep abreast with the latest news and trends in Mexico to identify actionable strategies.
  • Metrics Tracking: Evaluate and report on industry metrics, drawing insights that guide our promotional and campaign strategies.
  • Strategy Communication: Help prepare clear and impactful business presentations that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, International Business, or related fields.
  • At least six years of experience in a related role.
  • Solid analytical and market/company research capabilities.
  • Proficient in curating information in a structured, clear, and presentable way.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a diverse cultural environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and development.
