Team Overview

As part of the driver ecosystem team, this position will act by mapping the driver's journey and providing insights on how to improve it through product development or improvement, bug fixing, communication, etc.

This position will also be responsible for performing benchmarks from competitors to ensure that 99 is offering the best experience and if there are opportunities to make it better.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform benchmarks from the competitors to support on loyalty, driver earnings, and Journey Experience;
  • Support on driver journey mapping, including loyalty-related topics;
  • Mapping competitor's new features and benefits launch;
  • Perform analysis to identify the initiatives with the most significant impacts to support on prioritization;
  • Support on project management activities.

Role Qualifications

  • Experience with benchmarking (preferred);
  • Advanced English;
  • Graduation date between july of 2025 and july of 2026 in business administration, marketing, or engineering (preferred).
