Team Overview

Being part of the Marketplace team puts you at the heart of DiDi’s users and partners. As part of the broader marketplace team, our Incentive team is responsible for bringing new product features and solutions via incentive tools to improve engagement, retention and as well as pursuit efficiency of our engagement activities. More specifically, the position will be responsible for building deep insights and understanding of the marketplace incentives from a passenger and driver perspective, but also to bring new product developments to our operations across different countries and cities in latin america. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven solutions, prioritization capabilities and project management skills. The role will demonstrate leadership in multi-skills projects and initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage large quantities of data for insights gathering and determining actions.
  • Ownership of product development pipeline, AB testing and roll-out plans.
  • Creation of new initiatives and dashboards to more efficiently share best practices around marketplace incentives.
  • Constant analysis of data to understand day-to-day behavior of our drivers and passenger base.
  • Optimize the efficiency KPIs through operation tools and programs based on the robust data analysis.
  • Collaboration with several supporting areas like marketplace operations, product, and user research to improve overall marketplace experience.

Role Qualifications

  • Students from Business Administration, Economics or Engineering 
  • Data Driven person, focused on results and with analytical skills.
    • Excel (Advanced), SQL (Mid to Advanced), Python (Nice to Have)
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English. 
  • Ability to learn new things. 
  • Great attitude and hands-on approach
