Team Overview

Estamos procurando uma Analista Sênior de Dados (GROWTH DATA) apaixonada e experiente, que se destaque em pensamento crítico. Nesta função, você trabalhará com dados de ride-hailing para construir análises e extrair insights que nos permitam compreender a fundo nossa base de passageiros do Brasil e melhorar a eficiência das nossas campanhas de aquisição desses usuários. Role Responsibilities

  • Construir análises que nos permitam identificar oportunidades para melhorar a eficiência de nossas campanhas de aquisição. 
  • Entender a fundo o comportamento e a composição da nossa base de passageiros do Brasil.
  • Monitorar e reportar a qualidade e evolução das principais métricas que descrevem nossos usuários.
  • Acompanhar o LTV (lifetime value) dos usuários, entendendo e explicitando os fatores que o impactam.

Role Qualifications

  • Demonstrar experiência na gestão e resolução de problemas complexos em ambientes dinâmicos.
  • Fortes habilidades e mentalidade analíticas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto oral quanto escrita.
  • Capacidade de interagir e influenciar parceiros internos e externos.
  • Organização, gestão do tempo e facilidade na tomada de decisões.
  • Inglês intermediário.
