Team Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team in the payments business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies across various owned and paid channels, both online and offline. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, a proven track record of delivering results, a passion for data-driven decision-making and innovative thinking.

Role Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for: 

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies tailored to the payments brand, targeting key audiences across owned and paid channels.
  2. Utilize data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and brand messaging (full briefing accountability working with internal and external agencies)
  4. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various online and offline platforms, including but not limited to social media, search engines, display networks, and traditional media.
  5. Conduct user market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in payments industry
  6. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  7. Manage and analyze customer segmentation data to personalize marketing communications and enhance targeting efforts.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and actionable insights.

Role Qualifications

  3. *Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  4. *Proven experience (2 years) in B2C marketing strategies, preferably within fintech or payments industry.
  5. *Expertise in developing and executing 360 communication strategies across owned and paid channels, with a focus on driving results
  6. *Experience in in-app campaign development and execution (preferably within tech / fintech industries)
  7. *Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across online and offline channels, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  8. *Development and execution of promotional programs & communication creative concepts (experience in audio-visual production) 
  9. *Experience in triggering ad-hoc research to ease business decision making.

  11. *Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  12. *Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
  13. *Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  14. *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. *Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
