Team Overview

Our team is responsible for the growth of the business of 99's personal loan solution, 99Empresta. We have daily challenges and learn daily about growth strategy, relationships with other areas and how to create value for the user.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the team on maintenance and creation of new acquisition monitoring metrics
  • Support team on growth operations strategy and operations, optimizing the growth operations process (increase campaings conversion rate and optimize CAC)
  • Set the main acquisition campaigns
  • Support the team on analyze data for decision making and generate insights
  • Together with the team, develop hypotheses and conduct simple and well defined analyzes to generate insights for the business
  • Communicate the analysis conclusions with the community
  • Learn how to obtain data for the analysis, also identifying the stakeholders to be mobilized for it
  • Project and initiative management support
  • Contact with diverse stakeholders, establishing a good relationship between operations and product/engineering teams
  • Continuously communicate with the Regional Team and CN headquarter operation team to guarantee the best acquisition performance and map new opportunities for growth

Role Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data modeling
  • Good analytical skills, including interest in learn SLQ programming language
  • Interest in development in project management, process optimization, and other operational management
  • Sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability
  • Wants to develop communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • A bachelor's degree ongoing in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Base City: Sao Paulo (in-person work 3x per week)
