Team Overview

As a Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to support the operations and execution of strategic initiatives and projects. Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for structuring the P&L with official data on a weekly basis;
  • Responsible for in-depth analysis of the main financial and marketplace metrics of the 4-wheel categories;
  • Focal point for category resource allocation;
  • Responsible for creating monthly targets and forecast for categories;
  • Responsible for building and monitoring the diary of races in the 4-wheel categories;
  • Focal point for relationships with other areas (S&P and Operations);
  • Responsible for supporting executive and non-executive presentations on the categories;

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field;
  • 5+ years of experience doing business analysis, financial control and managing projects across business;
  • Ability to create measurable goals, creat modeling, break down into targets with proper accountable;
  • Will be responsible for defining goals, allocating resources, modeling travel arrangements, P&L and managing results
  • English advanced level will be mandatory;
  • Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Data and SQL
  • Previous experience in the mobility industry, strategy and planning or finance will be a plus.
