Team Overview

In this team, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, working in initiatives across different teams and bringing the marketing perspective to build solutions. This includes communicating and collaborating with teams from multiple product lines and third party agency.

 

You'll be tasked with growing brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty for the 99Pay business unit in the most efficient and engaging way possible.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop ownership, be proactive, and be inventive to support the goals of the operation and defend the brand experience
  • Help to build the marketing plans and execute 99Pay’s marketing strategy, research competitor moves, build campaigns and user retention programs
  • As a team player, you will assist the team in achieving business goals, brand awareness, and 99Pay SKU targets
  • Support managers to build campaigns end-to-end, including the creation of project briefs, project management, calendar and budget control, coordinating deliveries with agencies
  • Active participation in the development of product improvements
  • Tell the 99Pay stories. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Operations, Insights, PR, CX teams to define the Fintech narratives and help make sure it is told consistently and repeated frequently in all of our communications among the 99 user base

Role Qualifications

  • Intermediate English Required;
  • Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Face complex challenges and simplify them;
  • Data-driven: Find a way to get the data you need and turn the data into real solutions and action plans, dividing it into short, mid, and long terms;
  • Strong communication skills: open to deal and influence different cultures and work profiles
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge (even from the user's perspective) about the digital wallet market in Brazil
  • Easy to deal with numbers and organizing payment flows (budget control)
  • Studying Administration, Marketing, Advertising
  • Office package
