Team Overview

The Finance BP Manager is a significant professional role responsible for providing Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) management with analysis and insight of DiDi’s operational and financial performance in coordination with a broader finance team as well as key business stakeholders. Overall objective is to contribute to both effective strategy execution and resources allocation as well as to manage risks. We are hiring a finance manager who will serve as business partner for a strategic business segment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Financial planning, align business strategies and tactics with key stakeholders to support decision-making and to be in charge of financial forecast;
  • Budget management, build-up budget tracking and review process as well as conduct deep-dive for cost saving opportunities and collaborate to lead cost optimization;
  • Performance management, develop solid and comprehensive tracker for business metrics, prepare periodic financial reports and share insight to business results and trends;
  • Financial analysis, conduct analysis in support of Weekly and Monthly Business Review with CFO and key business leaders, provide professional advice on significant business decisions;
  • Risk management, continuously and appropriately assess risk when key business decisions made with consideration for both compliance and ROI;

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree on business administration, finance, marketing or engineering, master’s degree and overseas study experience would be a plus;
  • 3-6 years’ finance management relevant experience in highly competitive industries;
  • Well logical thinking, good understanding of vibrant business environments;
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills plus being advanced with MS Excel is must-have, solid data processing capability with SQL, power BI and Python is an advantage;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English as working language;
  • Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic to work and succeed in collaborative environment;
  • Quick learner that has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision;
