Team Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Strategic Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our company's presence and reputation for all our different productos and in our key markets through SSL. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis, along with proven experience in developing successful brand campaigns across various channels.

 

This role is particularly important while DiDi grows and becomes a more solid and structured Brand. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative, MasterBrand and Research teams to conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with MasterBrand and Creative teams to create Brand architectures, and any other needed strategic document.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of brand messaging, positioning, and creative assets, ensuring they effectively communicate the company's values and unique selling propositions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform future brand strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
