Role Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the internal operation management that creates DiDi's owned channels designs, such as banners in the app, CRM and adaptations for Food, Rides and Fintech. 
  • Understand daily requests to make sure they're complete for the design team to deliver on time. 
  • Understand Marketing's team needs to make sure we're delivering what's expected.
  • Learn how to dentify improvements on the operation that can help to make DiDi's internal creative process even better.
  • Manage digital and owned channels adaptations for DiDi's big campaigns.
  • Work closely wiht the Project Manager for the negotiation and distribuition of daiy requests,

Role Qualifications

  1. Interest and understanding of digital advertising formats and channels. 
  2. Understanding on Excel and management tools.
  3. Bachelor's on Communications or Marketing with 2 years before graduation date.  
  4. Proactivity and always being a step forward for what is needed and a doer when we need to make thinkgs right. 
  5. A problem solving person, always think of a solution instead of the problem. 
  6. Resiliense and have the ability to adapt even though times get hard. 
  7. Tansparency and know when to ask for help or when something is wrong. 
  8. Organization skills, structured and have the capacity to handle people.
  9. Fluency in english is a nice to have.
