Team Overview

We are looking for a Sales Efficiency Intern. You will be meeting with different stakeholders to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, and creating new business strategies in line with client expectations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and automate scalable operations process focusing on the commercial team efficiency.
  • Generate value-added insights through data-driven analysis to improve and scale commercial operations.
  • Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data for insight generation and way of work definition.
  • Work with executives and business leaders to develop project deployment strategy, implement change management approach, goals and priorities.
  • Lead and support process development, deployment and improvement to enhance business capabilities to achieve desired functional performance.
  • Evaluating employee needs, internal workflows and business processes.
  • Overseeing detailed business analysis and process reengineering project.
  • Documenting business process (SOPs) modeling activities for future reference.

Role Qualifications

  • 1 year left before graduation.
  • Data-Driven. Get meaningful insights from data analysis in order to make decisions the best decisions and/or make great proposals.
  • Strong Analytical Skills (Mathematics, Economics, Business Insights, Statistics).
  • Advanced Excel; Data manipulation; advanced formulas; pivot tables.
  • Presentation skills: Power point or google slides.
  • Fluent English.
  • Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize, and manage a wide range of responsibilities
  • Communication skills.
  • Team work!
  • SQL or Python knowledge.
