Team Overview

As the Execution Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of making sure that our strategies are executed with the highest standard.

Therefore we are looking for someone:

  • Be able to transform strategies into processes that are executable on such tools
  • Be able transform these processes in a continous improvement loop
  • Understand how to manage a budget and a tactical strategy
  • Has a very good business acumen and critical thinking to ensure our strategy pass the due process of what is able to be executed or not.
  • Think fast on the spot, and under pressure to be able to defend your position

Role Responsibilities

  • Transforming the way we see promotions in the delivery food industry.
  • Building a scalable operation focusing on bringing promotions attractivenes and investment efficiencies.
  • Generating the correct journey for our partners through clear engagement initiatives.
  • Compiling data insights, and work cross-functionally with different departments to implement them, such as customer service, user product, risk policy, etc.
  • Makingrecommendations for product, user experience changes, and improvements.
  • Making sure that all the strategy is properly executed.
  • Optimizing processes to improve commercial team deployments
  • Managing the tactical strategy and budget

Role Qualifications

  • 3 years or more of experience in similar fields, consulting firms, tech companies, startups, etc..
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Self-starter and go-getter.
  • Excellent Analysticals Skills
  • Able to comunicate something complex in simple words.
  • Love to make decisions through data.
  • Excellent Presentations skills - you love think-cell.
  • Ambitius to tackle "Climb the Everest" type challenges.
  • SQL, Phython any other analytical tool
  • Comfortable working in spoken and written English and Spanish.
