Role Responsibilities

  • Implementar políticas y procedimientos de los controles internos de cobranza para los BPO's.
  • Analizar, revisar e implementar el proceso para que contemos con el headcount necesario dentro de cada BPO.
  • Implementación de indicadores para el área.
  • Elaborar reportes. Realizar análisis y seguimiento continuo de los resultados de gestión con el propósito de identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Supervisar a los Team Leaders Internos. 
  • Mantener una supervisión directa sobre los BPO's a través de una comunicación estrecha siempre buscando mejorar y maximizar la recuperación de los portafolios de Cash Loan y Credit Card de DiDi.

Role Qualifications

  • 4+ años de experiencia y 2 años o más en el puesto de supervisor dentro de la misma empresa.
  • No despacho de cobranza o outsourcing. 
  • Experiencia en manejo y coordinación de equipos de 60 personas en adelante.
  • Conocimiento de terminos legales, para comprensión de contratos.
  • Conocimiento de KPIs de Cobranza Telefónica.
  • Con estudios universitarios terminados o licenciatura trunca: Lic en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas
  • Desarrollo de Reportes a nivel Direccion para entrega de resultados, proyeccion (forecast)
  • Seguimiento a Teams Leaders, Cumplimiento y conocimiento de KPI's (Majeno de 3 o mas Team Leaders)
  • Manejo de relación con BPO's o proveedores Externos
  • Inglés avanzado/conversacional indispensable. 

 

Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 6 pm, 100% presencial.
