The Vehicle Solutions team plays a crucial role in DiDi’s continued expansion through SSL by focusing on increasing supply on the platform. This involves developing partnerships, strategizing around acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic commercial expertise, analytical skills, exceptional time-management and organizational abilities, and the capacity to set a leading example.

Whether you're creating innovative collaboration methods with external stakeholders, identifying enhancement opportunities, or evaluating implementation choices, you'll be consistently pursuing scalable solutions that directly contribute to DiDi's growth in Mexico and LATAM!

Role Responsibilities

responsible for:

  • Staying informed about automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to partnership opportunities.
  • Driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and increasing the organization’s outreach through strategic alliances and innovative collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Continuously identifying improvements and opportunities for expansion within existing partnerships.
  • Providing insights into essential metrics for fleet partnerships and developing strategic approaches by leveraging analytical tools to convert data into valuable commercial insights.
  • Balancing attention to detail with swift execution: quick executing is essential, maintaining high quality is equally important. Achieving this balance should be one of our strengths.
  • Creating a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture: Demonstrating dedication and commitment to the team's goals and objectives, investing time and effort to achieve shared success, and contributing to a positive team environment.

  

Role Qualifications

  • Required professional experience within the automotive industry in commercial roles, showcasing skills in recognizing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth.
  • A background that fits well within a strong analytical environment, regardless of previous experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with commercial teams through data-driven decision-making, with strong judgment in uncertain scenarios.
  • Proven ability to be a self-motivated, self-directed team player with a positive outlook and effective communication skills within a diverse team.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
