Team Overview

At DiDi, you will be part of a high-impact, fast-moving team to Make Every Day Better for Everyone. Achieving this vision in an organization that spans across global teams, cultures, and ways of working, requires a strong investment in one of our greatest assets: our people.  Reporting to the IBG Chief of Staff, this role will serve as a pricniple architect of a culture strategy in support of a truly global DiDi that is collaborative, innovative, and inclusive

Role Responsibilities

  • Defining the core pillars of a global culture strategy that spans across all international business units, functions, and job families;
  • Translating this strategy into programs that bring our core values to life for all IBG employees;
  • Leading the development and execution of our long-term inclusion strategy;
  • Supporting Employee Resource Groups to deliver impactful and consistent programming that connects diverse communities within DiDi;
  • Acting as the key collaborator for culture initiatives across our active markets and global regions.

Role Qualifications

Successful candidates in this role demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in a fast paced environment. you ideally have 8-10 years of work experience in organizations that can balance depth with speed to move quickly 
  • Expertise in people and culture topics. You have experience designing cultural and inclusion initiatives, and you can quickly apply this expertise in a new global context
  • Ability to navigate and structure ambiguity. You have experience designing end to end strategic processes, and can modulate quickly between engaging on a strategic level and designing roadmaps that help execute your vision
  • A proven people and project manager. You recognize that we are stronger together, and have experience managing multifuntional projects and teams to surface our collective strengths and drive success
  • Cultural curiosity. You have experience working across global cultures, and ideally have scaled initiatives that improve understanding, collaboration, and empathy at a company level
  • At DiDi, we collaborate globally in English. Fluent spoken and written English required
