Team Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Leader that can generate impactful marketing campaigns, cobranded partnerships and new restaurant launches along with our top Key Restaurant Partners. The candidate should be able to inspire its own team and influence the operations and commercial teams to achieve business objectives. Should have a consumer centric, creative, innovative, business driven mind, with the ability to translate consumer needs into winning marketing strategies. This position sits in the DiDi Food Marketing team and is a Regional Spanish LATAM role that leads the marketing activities to drive consumers into ordering their favorite restaurants by Didi Food.

Role Responsibilities

  • Generating Marketing strategic plans and Partnerships with key Top Restaurant brands.
  • Developing and Launching new Owned Restaurant Brands, creating brands from scratch.
  • Launching top Key Account Restaurants with strategic marketing campaigns 
  • Activating KA brand in different locally relevant points of contact and support sponsorships.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to improve the performance of our marketing efforts, prioritizing initiatives based on the highest potential impact.
  • Providing relevant Restaurants selection to eaters & upgrade the restaurant experience.
  • Supporting commercial and operations team in key Key Account and Dark Kitchens meetings.
  • Creating and supporting all Groceries Retailers campaigns.
  • Leading, develop and seek for the growth of the direct reports.

Role Qualifications

  • +8 years of experience in Marketing, Business, and/or related backgrounds.
  • Preferred industries such as FMCG, Restaurants, Tech, but opened to others.
  • Has experience leading a team with direct reports.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading strategic integrated marketing campaigns, launching new brands or products, partnerships, application of research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement and reporting a customer-first mindset with a deep passion for insights.
  • A track record of being an energetic and optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence upwards & sideways.
  • Comfortable working in global and matrixed organization structures.
  • A bias for action with a relentless focus on results and finally yet importantly you are a doer who can always find a way around to solve problems.
  • Data driven, takes decision based on data analysis to impact business growth.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
