Team Overview

As part of the Courier Experience Team, our primary objective is twofold. First, to gain a deep understanding of our customers in collaboration with the CX team, leveraging insights from each CX channel to enhance the courier experience with our app. Second, to design, develop, and execute projects on our e-commerce webpage aimed at increasing brand awareness and equipment penetration across each country in SSL.

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Executing campaigns, proposing and leading actions to improve the courier experience in the region and in our e-commerce platform
  • Controling and designing reports of the e-commerce KPIs and inventory 
  • Ensuring data cleanliness and consistency among to take actions 
  • Defining and coordinating the discount campaigns and equipment design 
  • Documenting and standardizing process by building scalable operations processes
  • Building deep insights and understanding of the business and product features through project management, stakeholder management, and be data driven ALWAYS.
  • Data Analytics: Using Excel for data processing
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to improve the courier experience with our contact channels, being able to leverage data for the decision-making process.
  • Ensuring collaboration with multiple stakeholders to improve operational productivity & user experience.
  • Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications

  • Carreers: Systems engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-motivation, self-direction, and eagerness to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
  • Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and other employees.
  • Clear Communication skills - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish.
