We are looking for a responsible Quality assurance specialist who understand the collections process. This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area.
The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows about collections by phone process, monitoring and give feedback to the process. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring is carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct collection process.
1+ years experience in collections by phone
Bachelor degree in process or truncated career
Critical thinking
Experience working as key contact with other areas
Comunication skills
Teamwork
Attention to detail
Experience in financial products
Knowledge in Office, google sheets, excel.
