Team Overview

We are looking for a consumer centric, strategic, data driven, business oriented, creative, and innovative Marketing Lead  who is passionate about building meaningful brands, that connect with our consumers through deeply understanding their needs, and by designing and executing winning marketing strategies that can drive our brand awareness, and strengthen our position in the market, achieving the most ambitious business goals.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth. Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the brand remains competitive in the market. Work closely with operations, product management, sales, and analytics teams to achieve business goals.

 

Marketing Strategy:

  • Leading marketing strategy, and build our Fintech brands impacting business growth acquisition, retention and brand positioning.
  • Leading and developing long term brand strategy aligning business ambition and goals to brand vision, impacting end to end funnel growth
  • Leading initiatives to enhance brand equity, market position and product features.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Product, Sales, Engineering, UX) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals
  • Developing a comprehensive marketing comms strategy to support the Operations teams, and oversee the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative assets (digital, social, traditional, PR) that drive user growth/engagement and brand positioning.
  • Conducting in depth-analysis with your team, to identify new growth opportunities and customer segments inside and outside our brands ecosystems.
  • Monitoring competitive activity and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge and drive our buiness goals.
  • Setting clear KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize them accordingly.

Budget Management:

  • Defining and managing the Marketing  Budget, optimizing resources, and driving efficiency.
  • Developing business cases for budget definition, crossing data supported on media sufficiency and market understanding to define a healthy and strong SOI.

Leadership:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a high performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
  • Inlfuencing positive change and growth through candid stakeholder management.

Role Qualifications

  • Meaningful experience (+8 years) in Banking or Financial companies; Fintech or Tech company background preferred. 
  • +8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing/Business, and relevant experience managing multiple brands, categories or products.
  • +5 to 7 years managing a team of Marketing professionals, as well as leading agencies, creative teams, and digital partners
  • Exceptional critical thinking, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience leading strategic integrated marketing campaigns, launching new brands or products, partnerships, application of research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement and reporting a customer-first mindset with a deep passion for insights.
  • A bias for action with a relentless focus on results.
  • An energetic and optimistic way of working with a collaborative spirit and the ability to positively influence cross-functional teams, peers and leaders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence upwards and sideways.
  • Passion for working in multicultural and matrixed organization structures.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees and certifications is a plus, and certifications in digital marketing welcome.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
