Team Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. As a Senior Strategy Analyst at DiDi Food, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic initiatives to drive growth and market leadership.  The Strategy Senior Analyst will work closely with the commercial and engagement teams to reach the full growth potential of the Key Accounts business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough market analysis and research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
  • Understanding and analyze the Key Accounts business continuously to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial Operations, Eater Growth, Eater Engagement, Product Development, and Finance to implement strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyzing data and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Supporting operational workload with different Key Accounts to achieve strategic short and long term goals
  • Supporting and develop initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in commercial consulting and/or strategy or related field
  • Required experience in:
  • Database management
  • Data Analysis and interpretation
  • Data Visualization
  • SQL coding
  • Financial & forecasting modeling
  • Plus: technology or startup experience
