Team Overview

As a Marketing Senior Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic development and execution of our brand initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the growth and awareness of our ride-hailing app by implementing effective branding strategies across various marketing channels. Moreover, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain valuable exposure by working in a multinational, rapidly growing app. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure brand consistency and drive customer engagement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Supporting the Brand Manager in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborating with managing agencies to develop compelling brand assets, including Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) materials, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Utilizing excellent copywriting skills to create engaging brand messaging across different platforms and touchpoints.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Supporting the implementation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints to align with the company's business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and provide brand-related guidance.
  • Managing agencies involved in creative development and other brand-related initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Supporting the Brand Manager in coordinating and executing brand-related events and activations.
  • Collaborating with managing agencies and influencer marketing platforms to identify influencers that align with the brand values and target audience. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that effectively leverage the influence of these individuals to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Experiencing in managing social media platforms and community management is a big plus.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in brand management or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging brand messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative branding solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for the ride-hailing industry and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
