Team Overview

Being part of the commercial team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing Food Delivery companies. This data driven role calls for a combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & interpersonal ability. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, build and run DiDi's business in LatAm and nearby regions. Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. 

 

You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting the commercial team on day to day activities by running analysis that drive efficiency.
  • Coordinating and consolidating data gathering activities and keep databases up to date.
  • Carrying out analyses to monitor/evaluate restaurants performance (from aggregated level, all the way down to brand and restaurant-level).
  • Supporting the overall commercial team in the creation of periodic performance reports and presentations.
  • Supporting BD Managers and Account Managers on their commercial tasks, engaging with different stakeholders to solve problems and drive growth.
  • Presenting findings during a periodic review meeting.

Role Qualifications

  • Student pursuing an Engineering, Business, or related degree.
  • Passion and/or strong interest in the Technology and Start-up environment.
  • Analytical and structured thinking with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop his/her skillset
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and a can-do nature
  • High proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential
  • Great command of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
