Team Overview

The Internship Program is an initiative aimed to attract top students from universities nationwide. The program seeks to generate a new wave of future Orangers by providing a rich experience in our organization, shaping the way we build talent and create strong members to take roles post concluding the Internship Program.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinating comms exposure calendar for all KA brands through all of our 4 countries (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru) and for both apps (rides & food).
  • Helping with the creation of promotions and Coupons for seasonalities for food business.
  • Carrying out analyses to monitor/evaluate KA activities performance (from aggregated level, all the way down to brand and restaurant level).
  • Supporting the overall KA team in the creation of periodic performance reports and presentations through data analysis.
  • Presenting findings during periodic review meetings with different stakeholders.

Role Qualifications

  • Student pursuing a Business, marketing or related field from a leading University/School, and with a good academic track record (graduation date must be at least 6 months from the hiring date and preferably no longer than 1 year).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High skills to organize and manage tasks effectively. 
  • Analytical and structured with good problem solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player with positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and develop his/her skillset; Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature.
  • English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • SQL skills is a plus
