Team Overview

For this entry-level position we’re looking for a self motivated, smart and agile individual, who’s eager to gain hands-on experience by joining our media team at DiDi. This role will serve as a key contributor for the planning and execution of cross channel media strategies focused on building Ride-hailing top of mind in Latam. 

 

You will join our marketing team at an exciting and challenging season. The company is growing rapidly and it demands strong, focused and flexible talent capable of achieving aggressive brand goals at a fast pace. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation, execution and measurement of innovative and effective multi-channel media strategies
  • Juggling successfully multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast, culturally diverse and lean work environment. Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative with ownership.
  • Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
  • Working closely with our media agency to help them organize and deliver tasks
  • Managing the relationship with the stakeholders and update them on important deadlines and deliverables
  • Helping in the creation of documents and presentations as well as media decks to facilitate information sharing
  • Contributing to the smooth execution of plans and activities

Role Qualifications

Successful Applicant:

  • Active student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields
  • Two years away from graduation. Applications from individuals with less than one year to graduate will not be considered
  • Availability to cover 25 hours per week (5 hours per day) from Monday to Friday.
  • Advanced English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge in Monday, preferred, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Organization and eagerness to learn
