Team Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to focus on national and international food industry brands. The position will work closely with the business strategy team to reach the growth potential, manage the budget allocation and optimization in close collaboration with our commercial team. Optimize the budget and resources to migrate to a profit focus investment. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Resourcing optimization: budget management to maximize sales;
  • Coordinating end to end and with multiple stakeholders the design and implementation of key projects;
  • Expecting to have analytical skills to identify key learnings from the invested budget;
  • Developing business cases and analyses to influence brand behavior (e.g., investment/promotion and overall improvement);
  • Seeking for our brands/ clients growth across 4 of our countries, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and deliverables.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in commercial consulting and/or strategy or related field;
  • English language, business fluency;
  • Strong negotiation skills to have win-win collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
  • Required experience in: Data Analysis and interpretation, Data Visualization, Financial & forecasting modeling, Process diagnostics and improvement and Building executive presentations.
