Team Overview

Being part of the Passenger Operations Team will give you the unique opportunity to be responsible for improving and offering a solid experience to our passengers in all SSL (Spanish Speaking Latinamerica) countries, having as a main leverage product features and our internal communication channels (SMS, Mail, Push, among others). In particular, for this role you will design and implement strategies to increase passenger lifetime value through key initiatives across the region.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyzing large amounts of data, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries to identify growth opportunities for our membership program and user’s LTV
  • A data master, proficient in Excel for data processing and analysis, and capable of writing SQL scripts and effectively communicate these insights to stakeholders
  • Supporting and leading the implementation of new product features in the region
  • Collaborating closely with various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, and Product

Role Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment
  • Experience: relevant coursework or internships
  • Preferred Experience: 1+ year in business intelligence, finance, consulting, tech, or similar high-performance environments
  • Skills: proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking
  • Work Style: adaptability and proactivity, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects; strong teamwork mindset
  • Languages: professional proficiency in English and Spanish
