Team Overview

 This role is being responsible for the one or more domain of credit risk management. It could be approval credit risk underwriting policy, or initial credit line risk underwriting policy or existing credit line mangement policy.  For the responsible domains, the senior is responsibile for design the overall structure and framework of underwriting, lead the team to construct the underwriting, understands how to evaluate and analyze policies, able to tell the pros and cons of each version. And in the end, being responsible for the portflio of including size and profitability. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Leading the credit risk team
  • Responsible for one or more domains of the credit risk underwriting policies
  • Responsible for the size as well as quality of the domain portfolio
  • Responsible for designing the structure and framework of the underwriting policy
  • Understanding how to evaluate the efficiency of policy by implementing test/control strategies
  • Understanding the market standards, and then be able to make decisions based on both information

Role Qualifications

  • Over 8 years experience working with credit risk underwriting polices, and at least 3 years of experiences in the MX market credit card. 
  • A good quantitive background, familar with all quantitive analysis skills neccessary for policy analysis
  • Been managed or responsibile for portflio size of at least 150MM USD and has the experience of designing the overall framwork and structure of that portflio.
  • Understood the credit risk management well, knowing exactly how each of the coefficient of the credit offer interacts with each other, and how each impacts the portflio. 
  • Experience managing a team of least 5 members
  • Excelent communication in English
