Ready to help everyone's lives better? We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic and creative Senior Communications Manager with experience with consumer brands and a passion for storytelling.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, marketing pros and operation wizards to develop bold, all-encompassing communication strategies that resonate across our entire range of ride categories.

We are looking for a very creative, proactive thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, can navigate complex projects, and loves using data-driven insights to fuel creativity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing innovative communications strategies in collaboration with senior leaders and operations teams to boost brand exposure and engage key audiences.
  • Driving high-impact campaigns across product launches, consumer pitching and storytelling, PR stunts, etc that bring our brand to life.
  • Partnering closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure integrated brand strategies across all platforms and disciplines.
  • Leading media relations and strategic outreach initiatives, crafting compelling pitches to secure coverage that expands our reach and reinforces our brand reputation.
  • Supporting brand activations and events that connect our services with customers.
  • Monitoring industry trends and audience insights to ensure our communications are fresh, relevant, and resonate with diverse customer needs.
  • Acting as the go-to advisor for internal teams, offering insights to enhance their messaging consistency and clarity.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and aligned campaigns that drive business growth and increase audience engagement.
  • Measuring and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to continuously refine strategies and drive optimal impact.
  • Crafting and refine compelling brand narratives that resonate with our audiences, building a strong emotional connection to our mission and services across all communication channels.

Role Qualifications

  • 10+ yeears of experience in communications functions with technology and consumer brands
  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or other communications functions
  • Desired soft skills: people and vendor management, strategic thinking, creativity and creative storytelling, relationship building and management, adaptability and empanthy.
  • Desired hard skills: Fluent English, Media Relations expertise, Strategic Comms Planning, Project and Budget Management, Crisis Management, Writing and Content Development
  • Preffered Industries Experience: Consumer Brands, Technology, Ride-Hailing, Internet/Digital Economy.
