We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and passionate person with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to excel at and be successful in the job. They will be working closely with a diverse team of professionals, including Product, Operations, Risk Algorithms, Risk Data, Risk Operations, Risk Collections Teams.You‘ll be able to manage projects, establish a strategic framework based on anti-fraud, KYC, and post-loan issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.
Strategy Planning and Formulation: Responsible for developing a strategic framework for credit risk management based on business needs and market conditions, including but not limited to anti-fraud strategies, KYC (Know Your Customer) policies, and post-loan risk management measures.
Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Utilize advanced risk assessment models and data analysis tools to conduct comprehensive risk assessments of credit operations, including credit risk, operational risk, and market risk, and continuously monitor risk changes to ensure the quality of credit assets.
Policy and Process Optimization: Regularly review existing credit approval processes, risk management policies, and operational guidelines, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
Team Collaboration and Training: Collaborate closely with product, operations, technology, and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of credit risk strategies; organize or participate in internal training to enhance team members' risk awareness and professional skills.
Risk Early Warning and Response: Establish a risk early warning mechanism to promptly identify and report potential risk events, formulate and implement risk mitigation measures to ensure that risks are properly managed and controlled.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of credit risk strategies, prepare risk reports, provide decision support for management, and continuously optimize risk management strategies.
