Team Overview

We are looking for passionate, data-driven and collaborative people to be part of our team. If developing new business opportunities and managing important ecosystem partners make your eyes sparkle and motivate you to go beyond, this is a suitable position for you. You will be joining a team of people with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, working together to achieve higher goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing existing partner accounts and business relationships, as well as derived business results;
  • Prospecting for new leads to be part of 99Pay's ecosystem;
  • Handling business discussions and negotiating rebates and pricing;
  • Establishing targets and desired outcome for each business partner;
  • Mapping key players and developing deep industry knowledge around each partner’s segment;
  • Identifying hot categories, partners and potential new services;
  • Handling internal stakeholders requests and building a bridge between internal teams and business partners;
  • You will coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Operations teams, acting mainly with project development, feature improvements and new implementations, among other important tasks. Your work will play a major role for the success of 99Pay infrastructure and partners ecosystem development.

Role Qualifications

  • Ideally 5+ years of working experience in Finance, Banking, Credit, Fintech, Baas or Payment Channels industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Good organization, proactivity and priority definition abilities, solid project management, sharp negotiation and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with customers’ prospection, sales, business development and/or account management.
  • Portuguese and English are a must. Other languages would be a plus.
