Team Overview

We are looking for an intern to join the CoE Procurement area, who will mainly be responsible for supplier registration and providing support to Procurement managers in various processes. We expect a proactive, organized candidate with a strong willingness to learn, contributing to the optimization of daily activities and supporting the team’s strategic goals. If you're eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity!

Role Responsibilities


  • Submiting supplier registration invitations

  • Guiding suppliers on how to use our internal tools

  • Validating supplier documents for accuracy and compliance

  • Tracking and monitoring SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

  • Assisting with the preparation of internal reports

Role Qualifications


  • Soft Skills: Effective communication, Organization, Proactivity, Teamwork, Adaptability, Attention to detail, Time management.

  • Hard Skills: Excel skills

  • Spoken Languages: Advanced English (Required for daily meetings and report writing in English, ensuring effective communication with international suppliers and stakeholders)
