Team Overview

If you are passionate about building relationships and connections with law enforcement authorities and developing impactful projects for society, possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, the Safety & Security team is looking for a professional to join the Law Enforcement Outreach team. This role focuses on engaging with authorities in Brazil, conducting training sessions, and managing partnership projects with law enforcement agencies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Their daily activities will contribute to strengthening the company's reputation and trust with law enforcement and the wider community. By fostering impactful partnerships and implementing effective training programs, they will enhance the company's safety framework, leading to increased user trust and satisfaction. This, in turn, will support the growth and credibility of the Safety & Security team and drive the overall growth and sustainability of 99app.
  • Their main responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement authorities, organizing and delivering training sessions to law enforcement agencies, and managing partnership projects aimed at enhancing collaboration with police forces in Brazil. Additionally, they will oversee initiatives that promote safety and security, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
  • They will work on key projects such as developing and implementing training programs for law enforcement, designing and managing impactful partnership initiatives with police forces, and leading outreach campaigns to strengthen engagement with law enforcement agencies. These projects will aim to enhance safety and improve collaboration between the company and public authorities.
  • Their daily activities will contribute to strengthening the company's reputation and trust with law enforcement and the wider community. By fostering impactful partnerships and implementing effective training programs, they will enhance the company's safety framework, leading to increased user trust and satisfaction. Role Qualifications

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with law enforcement authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to drive projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of public safety and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in training program development and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing project outcomes and preparing reports.
  • Experience using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. A Postgraduate degree in areas such as Security Management, Project Management, or Public Policy is a plus.
  • A formal education in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or Business Administration, with additional training or certifications in areas such as Public Safety, Security Management, or Project Management.

  • Experience in industries such as technology platforms, urban mobility, public safety, law enforcement, consulting, or other sectors requiring collaboration with government authorities or regulatory bodies.
