Job Description: Operations Intern – Gorceires Team

We are looking for a proactive and curious Operations Intern to join our team and support the launch of our operations in Colombia. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, thrive in challenges, and help us improve our decision-making processes through data analysis and operational reporting.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the launch of Gorceires operations in Colombia by supporting the operational setup.
  • Create comprehensive reports on all areas of the operation, ensuring they are clear, timely, and actionable.
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights that will drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Help identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall operations.
  • Assist with ongoing projects and tasks related to operations management and optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Role Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in operations, data analysis, and business development.
  • Knowledge of Excel or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
