This role will design and implement comprehensive training programs, oversee employee onboarding, manage the internship program, coordinate engaging office events, and lead Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion. The successful candidate will ensure all learning and cultural initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and core values.
