Within the Experience Strategy Team you will be working on identifying opportunities to improve the way of working to increase conversion and repurchase rates. You will be exposed to a large variety of activities including Product Management, Commercial offering definition, goal setting and vendor management.
Coordinate with internal teams to plan, implement, and execute operational activities.
Data-Driven. Get meaningful insights from data to make the best decisions and/or make great proposals.
Be in contact with the sales team
Carry out process analysis to identify the reasons for different situations and how to respond to them.
Directly responsible for delivering data-driven insights about the business, finding opportunities to scale our impact, and influencing decisions within the team.
Strong analytical skills: Mathematics, Statistics, Calculus.
Advanced Excel: Data manipulation; advanced formulas; pivot tables.
Plus - Solid knowledge of programming languages: SQL; Python.
Big plus: Tableau, R, Power Query, Power BI, Data Studio.
Fluent English.
Owner attitude. You take on every challenge and own it.
Enrolled in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Administration, or Economics.
Big plus: Skills in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistical Analysis.
At least 1 year before graduation.
