Being part of the service governance team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth and efficiency in one of the fastest growing companies ever. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational skills. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale and ensure the marketplace healthiness, directly impacting the metrics. You will contribute directly to DiDi growth and experience quality in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Argentina and Chile!


 

Role Responsibilities


  • Insightful operation: Build deep insights and understanding of the ride-hailing business from different fields, such as growth, safety, experience, efficiency and policy design, customer lifecycle management, and be data driven ALWAYS.

  • Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing, and capable of writing SQL.

  • Ensure collaboration with our finance, operations and product management teams to improve operational productivity & user experience.

  • Ensure data monitoring for all our metrics and relevant procedures and operation, rising solutions and creative problem solving mindset to keep continuity of business without risking our users.

  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution

  • We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Excel -Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive, curious and passionate about generating impact.

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
