About the role:


Are you ready to kickstart your career in finance and accounting? Our Performance Marketing Team is looking for a passionate and driven Finance & Accounting Intern to support key projects and initiatives for Spanish-Speaking LATAM. You'll gain hands-on experience in the procure/invoice to pay process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.

Role Responsibilities



  • Assist in managing the invoicing process related to marketing, ensuring all invoices are accurately tracked and processed.




  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare precise end-of-month accruals.




  • Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for financial improvements.




  • Support vendor and client enrollment, purchasing, and the accounts payable process.




  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure the timely creation and management of Blanket POs.




 

Role Qualifications



  • Enrolled in the final year of a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.




  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.




  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with financial data.




  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.




  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across multiple countries.




  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.




  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.




 


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):




  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools.




  • Understanding of paid media or the digital marketing landscape.
