We are looking for a Senior Analyst to lead projects that impact user perception within the Operations area. This position will be key in creating and managing projects and initiatives that positively influence user perception, enhancing the experience and loyalty of platform users. The professional will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and projects. Additionally, there will be opportunities to collaborate frequently with teams such as Operations, Product, Marketing, CRM, and more, driving strategic and operational changes that increase perceived value for customers.
Analyzing and interpreting data related to user perception and experience to identify improvement opportunities.
Creating and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to enable continuous monitoring of relevant metrics.
Developing quantitative and qualitative analyses to support suggestions for improvement initiatives.
Designing and managing projects to enhance user perception, involving strategies across various areas, such as operational activities, product improvements, communication campaigns, and more.
Acting as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment of objectives and ensure the execution and progress of projects.
Familiar with analyzing complex data and metrics to generate actionable insights.
Knowledge and experience with segmentation models and user engagement strategies.
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving different departments within the company.
Ability to collect and organize data from multiple sources, such as internal databases, research reports, app store reviews, etc.
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders' actions based on the insights generated.
Advanced English for communication with teams in China.
