Team Overview

We are looking for an execution oriented person, with great data skills, to be part of one of the most amazing start-ups in the Food category across LATAM. As a Pricing Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the initiatives that will help us bring the best value proposition to our couriers. 

This role will allow you to interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Supply Growth, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, among other teams. In addition, you will align with senior stakeholders on the funding for your proposed solutions. We expect you to have a strong sense of ownership, as well as proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Role Responsibilities


  • Design and refine pricing strategies and models for couriers to optimize our markets efficiency, enhance engagement, and maximize profitability

  • Analyze market trends, internal and external factors to ensure DiDi remains competitive and adaptable

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on pricing levers, incentives, and discounts to evaluate their impact on courier behavior and business KPIs

  • Leverage data analytics (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools to monitor key pricing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Enhance internal processes and pricing mechanisms to drive scalability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Finance, and Growth, to align pricing strategies with company objectives

  • Present data-driven insights and business cases to leadership, shaping the long-term pricing roadmap

Role Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in business consulting, tech or similar industries

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or a related field

  • Internal and external stakeholder management

  • Structured thinking to solve diverse challenges

  • Experience with data-based decision-making

  • Team player

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus)

  • Fluent English
