We‘re the operation team of DiDi Fintech Credit business in Mexico. We are responsible for the business growth and profit of both cash loan and BNPL which are among the leading players in Mexico personal loan market. We are looking for a customer acquisition senior manager in charge of the overall new customer growth for cash loan.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Proven track record of managing large-scale acquisition campaigns with a strong analytical approach.
Expertise in conversion optimizaiton, paid media, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
