Team Overview

Become a strategic Business Partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and recommendations that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of DiDi’s delivery business in Mexico.


 


The successful candidate must be able to conduct data driven analysis, gather and consolidate relevant data using various sources and data-manipulation tools, identify key insights and present findings to the team and other stakeholders, demonstrating attention to detail, data-driven thinking and clear communication.

Role Responsibilities

Enhancing Data Visibility



  • Collaborate with the CX team and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, under the guidance of the team leader.

  • Design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key business information.

  • Continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.


Document Insights & best practices



  • Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.

  • Support Business Process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage.


Learn and Apply BI tools



  • Gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboards creators) to generate insights.

  • Assist BI team members in qualitative research and analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.

  • Observe and learn from experienced BI team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.

  • Support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis.

Role Qualifications


  • Interest in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Consulting)

  • Preferred Background: Active student of a bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Actuary and other affine disciplines

  • Passion for Continuous Improvement

  • Passion for numbers

  • Communication and Team Work skills

  • Basic Excel,

  • Basic SQL, 

  • Plus: Python, R

  • Fluency in English.
