Team Overview

This is a typical Compensation & Benefits Professional position, where you will work alongside Business Managers and HR BP to address practical issues and provide customized solutions in the C&B domain. You will report to the C&B Lead in Brazil, and the team consists of 3 members, each responsible for different business lines and projects.

Role Responsibilities


  1. Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits initiatives comply with national and local laws and regulations, familiar with union regulations

  2. Market Research: Conduct market survey to understand industry trends and competitors' compensation and benefits policies, ensuring the company’s packages remain competitive.

  3. Design & Optimization: Design, evaluate, and optimize the company's salary structures, bonus schemes, benefits programs, etc., to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.

  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and report on compensation and benefits data, providing insights for decision-making.

  5. Communication & Coordination: Work closely with various departments to deliver customized or revised compensation schemes to meet business needs; handle inquiries and complaints from employees regarding their compensation and benefits.

  6. Sales Incentive design: Design and continuously refine sales incentive plans that drive sales performance and align with corporate objectives. Ensure these plans are fair, motivating, and in compliance with legal standards.

Role Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of experience in C&B,with preference given to candidates who have worked in multinational companies.

  • Ability to work independently in C&B area with familiarity of local labor law and compensation theories

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively communicating with staff at all levels.

  • Excellent data analysis skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.

  • High level of responsibility and confidentiality, along with problem-solving abilities

  • Be resilient and have the courage to overcome difficulties

  • Fluent in English
